does not save all fields. There are bugs in the code. There has been no update for 5 months I do not recommend this plugin

Plugin demands constantly a key. Support is not responsive.

I don't recommend it. Avoid this company and product.

Plugin breaks constantly and without warning, claiming it needs a license key added which has been inputted every time. Social Locker does not work and has the same licensing issues. The plugin has great potential but constantly breaks and the support team does not reply to tickets/emails even after replying to my previous review with a support email address.

I have used this for five years and it worked. Now it doesn't work and the licence keeps falling off every twelve hours. I now own 2 licences which don't work.

Another abandoned plugin on Codecanyon. It's not even fully compatible with php 7, it causes error when you try to switch php version.

The plugin should be updated or removed from the repository.

Yes, you're right. The plugin has been being abandoned for a some time for technical issues. Sorry for that. Now it's live. We have uploaded the next update where was added support for PHP 7.3-7.4.

This is a great plugin and I would normally give it 5 stars, but the support has been absolutely unresponsive. There's just a couple bugs (required fields, placeholder text) I need them to address and they won't respond to any of my emails. If they don't fix these bugs soon, I could lose a client. Also, if Opt-In Panda support doesn't address my support inquiry soon, I'm going to report them to CodeCanyon. Let that a warning to the author of this product. Respond to my support inquiry, and I'll consider rescinding this review.

I really like this plugin, but I have to move on as my support inquiries have gone unanswered and bugs in the plugin almost cost me a long time client.

The issue that I'm having, if OnePress is reading, is that no matter how I enter my license (through the website, through OnePress, etc) after about a week I get the notification that I need to revert back to the free assembly. I think that the issue has to due with the domain not being properly recognized, I don't know if that is due to how I have my SSL configured or something with my AWS setup.

Horrible support!

I paid for the license and i am having issues registering with my domain. I reached out to their support several days ago and i haven't heard a peep! Its wasn't cheap! The least I can get in return for my money is the ability to validate the license so i can unlock the full list of features.

To transfer your license key from one site to another, you can use one of the following ways:

1) Click the button “Delete Key” on the page License Manager (the page where you submitted your key) of the plugin. Then you will be able to activate your key again on your another website.

2) Or log in to your customer account and reset your license key there: http://accounts.byonepress.com/

3) Or just send us your license key via email. We will be glad to reset it for you.

BAD SUPPORT!!!!!
I changed my domain and requested seller to unlock my license so i can use it on my new site. But i am getting totally ignored. I sent 3 emails and waited 3 months for their reply but still no reply. Be aware before buying their support is not good.
