PLEASE CONSIDER THIS A FACTUAL WARNING TO DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH BIGBOSS 555
I recently purchase his Workshop program and installed it in a fresh new domain and it produced multiple errors and would not save any actions rendering it completely useless. When I contacted bigboss he said no problem he will fix it IF I gave him a 5-star review there and then. At first, I replied that I will pleased to do so after the program actually worked. He replied with a flat refusal to fix the program repeating his demand for a 5-star review prior to doing anything. 9 rude and abusive emails later whereby he called me stupid and a idiot and I registered a negative review which got his attention. In response, he began to accuse me, in the comments section, of trying to steal his broken program to sell to others along with other bizarre and utterly baseless accusations.
I will close by warning everybody that most if not all of his 5-star reviews have been provided under these circumstances and I cannot stress enough how badly this guy will mistreat you once he has your money and you have his broken products. I personally do not believe he is the developer for these products and clearly, he does not know how to fix them, instead he just keeps peddling broken software then holding you to ransom to extract a 5-star review – an evil scam at best.
You have been warned, I looked him up online and he is notorious for this behavior and yes, I am launching a formal complaint to Evanto and will be demanding a refund through my bank.

The first time you tried to use that excuse not to fix my program, I said to you. show me on single piece of evidence to support such a ridiculous statement and you have done nothing. I dare you to find something and post it here..prove me wrong..just one single example of your ridiculous accusation!!!
I have never a problem with any other product or supplier on evanto, this guy is off his medication, truly.
To those reading these comments; this is what happens when you buy from bigboss and he won’t fix your broken software UNTIL you give him a 5-star review FIRST, even then I doubt he is capable of actually fixing his broken range of products.
If you refuse, he will simply ignore you and will refuse any attempts at a refund. He is trying this same lie with Evanto right now to avoid the refund and I’ve asked him for evidence and now he’s gone quiet. What a shock!! Run people run!
People know what is right an what is wrong you need more idea about license system you are trying to use my script into multiple domain that’s why script working stop that is your fault not my fault think twice before say once bad customer in my life totally new comer into market no idea about this market just try to buy script and try to take refund also he need both money and script what a customer.

in terms of evidence, i have all of your emails where you have abused me repeatedly, refused to fix your broken software unless i gave you 5 star rating before you would touch it…who does that seriously.. and completely lied through your teeth. People reading..dont say you were not warned about this guy!!

He need to work my script into multiple sub domain because he want to resell it when installation not working with multiple domain he want refund and trying to create bad reputation into market place no idea license system and policy really new comer ALL SELLER KINDLY CAREFUL FROM THIS BUYER.
Hello, I have tried your Demo, but it seems that the column STATUS is missing in the CSV Header, but some order do get “Pending” status exported, so the information is not displayed correctly according to the columns.
Is it possible that the Demo version is older than what is offered on sale here?

Hello, I’d like to buy your plugin, but before that, I found a problem . When I buy two or more items in the store, in the export the data into CSV, a bit error occurred. Maybe you can export and check the file (.csv), you will get it . (I’m not good at English ^^“)

Dear Sir, are you able to mod this so that it also includes the invoice number as one of the exported fields ? I was expecting it to do that to be fair but it seems that it doesn’t

I only need the invoice number, (this is a must have because its how I track my orders – I also use it for everything) but another field which would be handy is customer group – once exported to Excel it is possible to do lots of reporting but I need to get at the data out first, and I’m sure other people might like other fields.
So the best way would be some documentation on where to edit the file that defines which fields are for export. I won’t want them all and if I can delete them in the profile I could use the “select all” function rather than needing to manually scroll down the list.
Maybe this could achieved by commenting out the line(s) for each field that I decided I didn’t want – which if I knew where they were I’d do. How easy would it be to add a “commented out” line that was unique and easily searched for – eg “123REM123” after which came the line that could be commented out plus some simple instructions. This would make the line(s) easy to find and easy to maintain. Of course it would be best to include 2 copies, one read-only and one usable so that numpties who forget what they changed can swap back to default settings very easily.
The ultimate would be to have more than one file listing these fields and some way of choosing which file is active, thereby giving profiles – eg one file is “everything” and a second file is “my list”, but thats a lot more work than what I really must have as my absolute essential – Invoice numbers
Another worthwhile improvement (but for me not essential) would be to alter the fields for the filtering criteria.
You already have date ranges which is excellent. I’d like to have order number range as well.
I won’t be filtering on Shipping method and shipping country on a daily basis – I can filter in Excel if I ever needed this. Where would I go to remove the boxes. I want to make it simple for my end-uers and for me, de-cluttering is worthwhile. Other may want this so it would be good if the webmaster knew how to alter this.
Sorry to add extra’s. the shipping method filter box – can you amend that so it only shows the enabled methods – it currently shows all methods inc disabled ones.
The same is true for payment methods.
bigboss. have you yet been able to update your extension so that the order export also exports the invoice number ?
