Hi there, yesterday I bought your chat and I could not install and when I try to install the script it screws up the whole web, and I asked before if I must install a script they say no online the module for PrestaShop, so please I want my money back, thanks.

Hi. I’ve successfully installed this module, and it definitely has been working fine in the front office. However, I have found that the default configured customer service account answering our customers was not ours. As in the configuration section of the module displaying in the back office, it has been simply showing only the “Zendesk ID” field. So please instruct me on how to integrate my indeed Zendesk chat account into the module, then we can proceed with our customer service. Thanks a lot!

The first archive contains documentation – documentation.zip There everything is described in detail how to install and configure the module. The second archive – zendeskchat.zip, you need to install through the admin panel of your store.

After day trial, you will use the same functionality that you already have. There are pro versions where more functionality is added in chat management.
