Sorry for late reply. This system is a module base system. You dont find anything in controller folder. You have to check on module folder.

Everybody who purchases your script has the same issue, you can simply fix it or tell the solution right? Every time we change the server how come we keep on asking you for the fix?
this issue arises for various types of shared Cpanel, some Cpanel is by default support MySQL and some are support MySQLi . Some are run the 5.6 PHP version and some are run 7.3.
