We brought extended license but still unable to install saas module

Worst Code Quality.
It's written on their product page that it is open source. Don't get mistaken it's not open source. They have kept the source file hidden. You can't even add Payment Gateway your self. Useless script

Proceed to only buy this item if you have the tears of a clown and the patience of a saint. And I'm giving this item one star because I can't give it zero stars.

So, here is my story, if you care to read. I was looking for a plugin to add a job portal to my site. Unfortunately, I bumped into OneJobPortal (I later learnt it wasn't even a plugin but a Laravel script).

When I bought it, I faced difficulties installing it. I reached out to support and they didn't respond for five days and then I raised a refund request. They gave me a link to send my support request.

I did send a message but didn't get a response. I did a follow up and then discovered that the messages sent through their support system goes to spam. (Please, note, they do not use the Envato messaging system to provide support)

Now, there was this agent who offered to help (I don't know if he's the author) He had to access my cPanel to install this script. What happened next?

My website was gone, and I couldn't access it as an admin and make any changes I needed. I contacted my hosting provider and they were able to get my website back to normal.

I then told this item support that, perhaps I could create a subdomain then they install this item on that subdomain. They demanded $100 to proceed seemingly, forgetting that they had broken my site in the first place.

So, I'm leaving this review here because I'm done with the disappointment and heartache I've gone through trying to get help.

One more reason why you should avoid this item as a plague is that Envato do not provide refunds for downloaded items, and that's how I lost my cool $59. Maybe to some, it may sound small but man, it hurts feeling like you're being ripped off. I hustled for that $59 too!!!

Save your money, go get a good script somewhere else. This is not it!

I regret buying this Extended License product as it is the most incomplete and broken software I've purchased to date.

Furthermore, the support is bad and not helpful at all, and no progress for almost 4 weeks has been made in sorting out the problem with the software (code) and especially the SAAS module that simply can't be installed at all or is so buggy that it won't run properly.

The support requesting CPanel access and Remote Desktop access is not only a security risk but also a bad business practice.

This software needs a re-write and multiple bug fixes in order to even be close to the amount of money the author wants for the software. It is also merely impossible to edit or change the layout, code, or images since all the different bits of what is publicly available to the visitor are hidden all over the place.
Keeping track of where everything is hidden is a full-time job in itself.

The further and further I dig into this application, the more bugs and security holes I am finding. I would advise anyone who is considering this solutions to bypass it altogether.
