I purchased this platform from this envato seller and I didn’t know how to install it he ask me for my envato email and password he said he was going to fix it then I just got log off from my account and also lost my email address what it means to me the this seller toke my money and also scam me not only that he also hacked in to my account by changing my email password on outlook witch is crazy and every single message I post he flagged them and I lost my money and my email and envato don’t have any options to delete this fraud seller and people will continue to buy from them and will keep scamming people then when you comment all he say is the I’m not a user the purchase this code how I’ll be a user if you hack into my account but stupid me I give you my credential thinking you were professional Also he keeps changing the seller name so the people he scam won’t find him first one in 2 years was zillapage and the other one was techfago_envato then this what other name you going to change it to you mess with the wrong person this has to end now if you don’t believe what I’m saying check his reviews on all product and check his profile and ya will understand what I’m saying

I want to buy but before making the purchase I want to know if a customer can install the popup on a WordPress site?

Is there a chance to change the popup builder? This is probably the weakest point of the software. It is of little use, pop-ups look different in it than it really is.
