Good day. I recently purchased this Inventory management. When I tried to build it gives me an error. These are the errors that I have encountered: 1. The name ‘CachedReportConstants’ does not exist in the current context 2. The type or namespace name ‘ICachedReport’ could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) 3. The type or namespace name ‘Shared’ does not exist in the namespace ‘CrystalDecisions’ (are you missing an assembly reference?)
I do not have any quotes. I was just quoting your data from the documentation. Do you have any screenshots on how this platform is supposed to be setup. If you have a short video, I am willing to pay for it.
I managed to connect after educating myself around the issue. When I connect now, I get a different error on the page.

I created a database named: inventory. change the optopus entires so it points to the inventory db. Ran the octopus script no issues.

I did. I navigated to the file Web.config in the “Main/Source Codes/OctopusCodesWareHoouse/OctopusCodesWareHoouse/Web.config

after some digging on youtube. I managed to at least get the app running. When I type in the credentials ‘admin’ or ‘employee1 or employee2’ with password:’Abc123@!’ I get “Invalid username or password” I wish you put instructions step by step. I would not mind paying $100 for the app. Not sure what the issues is now. Where can you update user passwords to the portal?

Create new database on your hosting and run OctopusCodesWareHouse.sql file. Create database user and assign dbo rights to the user. Unzip Main.zip file and upload to your hosting. Open Web.config file and change values of server name, database name,username and password in connectionStrings tag as below: data source: your server name initial catalog: your database name user id: your username password: your password Run website and login with default account: Admin Panel (Admin access) URL: http://www.yourdomain.com Username: admin1 Password: Abc123!@ Remember that you can change default admin URL in order to secure admin UI entry point. Employee Panel (Employee access) URL: http://www.yourdomain.com Username: employee1 Password: Abc123!@

its saying invalid username and password..I looked into database and used same credentials.. I am using IIS manager and all other requirements are there as needed..
