We had problems with compantibility with the theme and we had to write a lot of code from ourselves in order to fix evey bug. Secondly the forms that are included in the popups don't have the right validations every form must have (only a few very basic ones) . It's a good plugin as an idea with a lot of templates but needs improvements on the technical part.

Thank you for your rate - but we didnt notice this kind of bug. Are you sure that you are using ThemeBuilder popup themes ? There you can set validation by 1 click:

I f***king love this plugin!!! I just made the NASTIEST little "Adult Entry" popup for a new adult website. I was able to use my own graffics to create buttons & a sexy background image. I used the hyperlink feature to send the "i'm under 18+" folks to another url. The whole thing acts like a lite content blocker and I haven't even used that particular feature yet. Adding a "PAYMENT FEATURE" for the content locker would be great! One that takes Bitcoin Google Chrome Pay AliPay & Cash App. I'm sick of PayPal & stripe they frown upon skincare & adult merchants. I take Cash App payments ALL the time so I know people will use it in the adult industry for sure. Mostly because of price gouging from the credit card processors. To take credit cards means you're giving up 15% of all sales (plus fees!) because of the risk of chargebacks in this industry (the norm is 2.3-2.5%). My adult websites make great income, but it burns the pit of my stomach seeing them hundreds leave my account when it's time to give up that 15% :( So if you can make a feature that's gonna allow me to keep that 15%!? Holla' at me ;)

Be aware to start receiving lot of SCAM subscriptions. The plugin doesn't have a scam protection and is a front door for unwanted subscriptions. Customer Support doesn't help unless renewal of license for something they shouldn't charge since thats a plugin issue and not a customer. They should provide a product without bugs or errors.

We didnt noticed any SCAM subscriptions - but it depends what kind of users of the website do you have.

The customer support has been great, as I'm trying to figure more things out and get comfortable. One suggestion I would suggest to the developer is better documentation (might save on a lot of support emails). Thanks for this very useful plugin.

I tried several free and paid, "so-called" top WordPress popups, this one beat them all, easy to install, intuitive, powerful, and no need for even a contact form plugin - WOW!

It's easy to use and there are many templates to choose from.

My issues are: The template I was working with is not responsive, it's not compatible with my Salient theme (even though author comments say it is), and it breaks my icons.

I purchased these a while ago so support has run out - never used it before. They are unresponsive to the ticket and email sent so far. Going through the comments, I see that these issues are common, so it's not like I'm asking for custom work. I don't see the resolution in comments and am not sure if the support is needed form the plugin author, or theme author. I don't want to buy support if they can't fix it or it will keep breaking. But, I get it, I don't have active support - just sharing my experience for others to see.

Still, my rating is low because of the issues, not support.

Ad2) This issue is already fixed - just make sure taht you have v4.5.6+
