Terrible UX AND UI in my opinion.
Very hard to set up like you want, and the documentation is Low quality, this didnt help me at all.
So im not using this plugin, found another easier to handle.

Arscode continues to knock down every bad review. Be sure to READ the threads. They all say the same thing - it no longer works.
I even bought additional support and contacted them twice. ZERO reponse.
Oh... they were quick to respond to my bad review... but paid support... NOPE.
GO FIND ANOTHER POP-UP!!

The first PopUp we created worked. Creating new ones it stoped working suddenly although the same settings have been made.
Very unfortunate as we can not use it anymore.
Plugin doesn't work right, sendinblue connection does not work but it's listed as a feature, other plugins can do this easily.
Support does not respond to email or tickets. Only in the comments but then they won't help you.

It may happen if don't have latest available version of the plugin because of the 3rd part API. Make sure that you have enable "Auto Update" feature in the Settings.
I requested a refund due to bugs and script not working and have yet to be given a refund. Not a good experience here.

Didnt get any chance to check it. 99% of the problems are in the wp Theme (Js errors).
The template " FB script " to like a page is really poor.
The plugin doesn't work, I have an error:

Given that the main extension doesn't work https://codecanyon.net/comments/29706187 and that the problem is at least two months old https://codecanyon.net/comments/29489404, it's not serious to continue offering for sale an extension that doesn't work. Please refund my money.

This error is already fixed - just make sure that you have latest available version of the plugin via 'Autoupdate'.
Very outdated design and UI. It is disappointing as this use to be a great plugin but their team needs to do a major rehaul of all design and UI/UX functionality. I would avoid this plugin and find a better option until they take this more seriously.

Lokks like you haver very old version of the plugin. Please make sure that you have the latest available version - the best way is through 'Auto-update'.

Terrible usability, you can't turn popups on and off directly from the popup list, don't know if you create your popup or a template with which to create the popup later, the predesigned popups are last century in style, no conditional popups to cookies from other popups, the visual editor is very uncomfortable and not at all usable, a hundred thousand options that you don't know how to use correctly since it does not have contextual help... in short, money wasted for nothing, I prefer to pay for external popup services than for modules, I've tried dozens and they're all pretty botched, this one is no exception.

There is no available documentation, plugin do not work properly, technical support is total disaster and once you asked for the refund you got totally ignored.

Ad2) Looks like Support works finbe (you got answer the same day: http://arscode.pro/screens/2023-03-21_091325.png) but you didnt want to follow the directions. Also we asked you to send us wp-admin access to check the problem (mostly it is wp theme problem). You didnt gave us a chance even to check the problem.
Ad3) To get refund please contact to EnvatoMarket staff (not to Author). You have info in "Terms".
