You can use it as it as or customise it as per your needs.

I like the code quality and their Future Updates and support, Still needs the improve on Web UI and some Features like DMR needs to be added.

Tough there are some issues the app fullfils all your requirements. Customer support is impressive. I am sure soon they will update & fix the issues.
