Great support system with a very user friendly UI. User and Admin both have a great looking messaging platform. After a few seconds the messages get updated if there are any new replies.
Add new tasks for your staff. Assign them individually. Staff can change the status of the tasks. Tasks will be shown on the staff dashboard after assigning them.
Easy report feature to have clear ideas about the support tickets and tasks. It will show the admin/user about the overall stats of the support tickets and tasks.
Add Your Language
The system supports multiple languages. Admin can add unlimited languages. Can choose a default language for the system.
Admin can send announcements to customers. After assigning customers the announcement will be visible in the customer’s dashboard when they login.
Customer Support Ticket Dashboard
Customers have their own profile and dashboard. It is fully separated from the admin dashboard. Customers can view their opened tickets. Can communicate with the admin/staff.
