Sorry that we did not inform you earlier, but we wanted to solve the problem first
The communication with Chrome Store Support about your extension is not a quick process. They respond for 2 weeks per message. They rejected 4 times your extension from different accounts.
We suppose that the problem in the default extension icon. Since it uses the colors of the chrome icon, it may not correspond to the Chrome Store policy.

Thanks for quality code, i've just uploaded in google webstore, and extension is accepted from google.
