Hi, I’ve recently just upgraded to WooCommerce 2.0 and the payment gateway is now no longer being picked up as a valid gateway. Please can you verify that it works with WooCommerce 2.0.
There is an updated for it. Can you please contact us through contact form on our profile page at http://codecanyon.net/user/patsatech so we could mail it to you.
Hi, I’m having problems with this gateway showing up for WooCommerce 2.0. It’s not showing up in the payment gateways list.
Resolved through email.
Hi, does this gateway support 3D secure transactions?
Being a redirect gateway it redirects users to Nab Transact so if you account support 3D Secure it should work fine.
This doesn’t work on WooCommerce 2.0
Can you please contact us through contact form at http://codecanyon.net/user/patsatech/ so we can send the update.
I have already emailed you twice through that form and did a support forum post.
Please check your email have just emailed the update.
The script you sent doesn’t work, it crashes the site with this following error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting ‘(’ in /home2/haha7042/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woonabtransact-redirect/woonabtransact-redirect.php on line 47
Responded via email.
Hello? Can you please send me the updated version of this script.. I’ve emailed you and not had any response!
hi there, in the settings it asks for the Vendor Name. We’ve tried everything, and can’t get it to work.
Is the vendor name usually just the name of the bank account?
The vendor name is Account Name provided to you upon service activation by NAB Transact Service Centre. It should be in NAB0010 format.
hi again, thanks, we tried that, its actually a xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx 16 digit number, plus NAB, is that right? because we still can’t get it to work. We’ve tried every variation we can think of. Im wondering if its something in the settings that is wrong???
hope you come online soon, I have a big problem here to fix before xmas! ta
The vendor name is 7 character NAB Transact Client Id associated with the NAB Transact account.
still not working… can i get you to look at the code, I’ll give you site lo gin too…
Are you still facing this issue.
hi again, yes we are, but I think they have no conferred with NAB that they didn’t have a transact account number, they were using the wrong one. So I think we are awaiting NAB to give us correct new account number, I think that will fix the problem, well I hope so!! Stay tuned!
Hi, presale question, is this plugin compatible with the latest version of woocommerce? v2.2.x?
After upgrading to the latest WooCommerce your plugin has stopped working??
When go to check out with NAB Redirect, the pages comes up with;
Thank you for your order, please click the button below to pay with NabTransact.
and the rest of the page looks broken and/or not fully loaded?
Before the plugin would redirect and now nothing?!
Can you please let me know what is wrong?
I just checked the error log and getting the following;
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method WooCommerce::add_inline_js() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woonabtransact-redirect/woonabtransact-redirect.php on line 179
We have updated the plugin to resolve the issue that you are facing. But If you still run into any issue contact us through contact form on our profile page at http://codecanyon.net/user/patsatech/

I have updated WooCommerce again, along with your plugin and everything looks to be redirecting as normal!
Thanks for the update!
Just seeing if we do the latest update in WooCommerce to 2.3.9, this won’t affect your plugin from working?
Yes it should work fine.
