When go to check out with NAB Redirect, the pages comes up with;

and the rest of the page looks broken and/or not fully loaded?
Before the plugin would redirect and now nothing?!

hi there, in the settings it asks for the Vendor Name. We’ve tried everything, and can’t get it to work.
Is the vendor name usually just the name of the bank account?

The vendor name is Account Name provided to you upon service activation by NAB Transact Service Centre. It should be in NAB0010 format.
hi again, thanks, we tried that, its actually a xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx 16 digit number, plus NAB, is that right? because we still can’t get it to work. We’ve tried every variation we can think of. Im wondering if its something in the settings that is wrong???

The vendor name is 7 character NAB Transact Client Id associated with the NAB Transact account.

hi again, yes we are, but I think they have no conferred with NAB that they didn’t have a transact account number, they were using the wrong one. So I think we are awaiting NAB to give us correct new account number, I think that will fix the problem, well I hope so!! Stay tuned!

Hi, does this gateway support 3D secure transactions?

Being a redirect gateway it redirects users to Nab Transact so if you account support 3D Secure it should work fine.
