One important thing to understand s documentation on certain settings might be missing as not all servers are setup the same. When I had an issue with my site, they were able to resolve the issue going thru step-by-step diagnosis within the server settings on why the script was failing. They responded within a day to my emails.

Great product and customer support. The script's author was able to customise script to my needs for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend his products.
At first, I got some problems with the script, but together with the support my issues could be solved.
The Script itself has a wide variety of awesome features and does the tasks automatically which saves so much time and can make you good money.
I tried out a lot of plugins for the eBay affiliate program, but most of them are harder to use, also lack on features and are time consuming.
