Great Customer Support

This is definitely a software of quality and flexibility bearing the customer (you & me) and end-user's in mind.

Customer support is outstanding, requests regarding improvements are taken seriously and answered precise and concise.

It's a fairly new product and at the time relatively few customers, but with this excellent kick-start I'm in no doubt this software will set new standards and requirements on their "competitors" behalf.

I don't like to compare peoples visions and thoughts against each other (developers, artists etc), but these folks have definitely raised the bar when it comes to release a fully fledged product with a statement and some huge cahonas!

I cant wait for the continuation...
