Hi, I have download this plugin also purchase “WordPress WooCommerce Multi Vendor Marketplace Plugin ” and installed in my admin. But after that i got warning . “WooCommerce Marketplace Point of Sale Extension is enabled but not effective. It requires Marketplace plugin in order to work!”. Please helps to resolve this, so i can use POS system.

Hi I have setup this plugin and add shop manager but when login with shop manager account,there is no any POS System screen where all product listed like in POS system as in you demo site.And Also seller store link not given where the products of that seller listed. What kind of nonsensical response is that? You have a demo on here so i reported it on here. That said your email support response type(threaded) is very confusing-worst I’ve every seen- Envato’s is more trust worthy and searchable. This way other users can filter through problem and how you’ve handled them. Webkul -set up email piping for the messages on here and you reply via email and they’ll be posted here…Grow up and join the big league, lots of competition on here so don’t go hiding behind the vials.. come out! come out! don’t be shy!

Hi, a pre-purchase question. I will buy all of your Marketplace plugins for my clients Online multiseller Cloth shop. So I am asking all my questions here.
1. Can seller add new POS product from seller login (Not POS from login). I am bit confused about assigning products to POS from both Admin and Seller account. 2. Can we add admin commission for POS only products sale like we do for Vendors/seller account products 3. Can I process partial payment on an order from both Online and POS order. For eg: I got an order for a product from an exhibition. They gave some advance payment. So I would like to add a new order from my POS system. I choose products and add this Advance payment and generate the order. Once the item is ready, I will ask customer to pay directly or using their my-account order and pay the remaining. Is it possible. This required multiple invoice for one order. 4. Is it possible to exclude shipping charges when we calculate admin commission on any order. It should be based on the sale amount. 5. Is it possible to add additional charges $2 from seller (like payment gateway charges for processing the order and invoices)for each order. Because I use CCAVENUE payment gateway. They ask $1 for invoice and $ for transaction processing along with normal 3% commission. 6. Is it possible to mention ‘Online Order’ or ’ POS Order’ and ‘Seller Name’ in admin panel woocommerce > Orders. By default it shows all orders without this.

Yes for sure, seller create a NEW product, seller will create manager, seller will create outlet, and then seller can assign that product to multiple outlet created by him. Hi there, the seller needs to add a product from his dashboard and then he can view the product under POS product menus and can assign the product to a particular POS outlet. The sellers doesn’t have to create a product under the POS. He just need to create the product from his dashboard and then can assign the product to a particular POS outlet. Seller name on Pos order - it will come under Customization 5. Advance payment part - it will come under Customization(We will discuss further in details during customization in progress) Don’t worry we will complete all these features within 2 weeks as you have mentioned.
