You can update targetSdkVersion and compileSdkVersion to 29 in build.gradle file. You won’t have to wait for the update.

When I test with browser the api URL of my domain. It doesn’t load but when I remove the multiweb from the api URL and use domain.com/api/site.php… It shoes message.. OK.
So I don’t if the blank page is from the api URL or somewhere else.
- I deleted the admob ID and left it blank. It is still showing test ads. I need to remove any ads from the app. I don’t want ads showing on the app.

There is a documentation on how to setup basic things of the template. You asked tutorials for re-skin the app, learning to build android apks etc etc. How can I help you with that? Envato support policies doesn’t cover those.
