HOW TO REDUCE SPEED AND LEAN FORCE IN GAME

To reduce speed of character in game: You can go to Resources\data\PTModelLinker.0.attributes.xml file and find
<dict>
<key>id</key>
<string>278</string>
<key>className</key>
<string>PTModelLinker</string>
<key>Name</key>
<dict>
<key>visible</key>
<string>0</string>
</dict>
<key>Speed</key>
<dict>
<key>value</key>
<string>-50.000000</string>
</dict>
<key>Button Activated</key>
<dict>
<key>value</key>
<string>1</string>v </dict>
</dict>
<dict>
<key>id</key>
<string>279</string>
<key>className</key>
<string>PTModelLinker</string>
<key>Name</key>
<dict>
<key>visible</key>
<string>0</string>v </dict>
<key>Speed</key>
<dict>
<key>value</key>
<string>-50.000000</string>
</dict>
<key>Button Activated</key>
<dict>
<key>value</key>
<string>1</string>
</dict>

Change -50.000000 to -45.000000 or -40.000000 to decrease sped.
You have two of this value to change, for both wheels.

To reduce lean force of character in game:
You will need to go to Resources\data\PTModelAssetPowerup.0.attributes.xml and find

<key>Right Lean Force</key>
<dict>
<key>visible</key>
<string>0</string>
<key>value</key>
<string>70.000000</string>
</dict>
<key>Left Lean Force</key>
<dict>
<key>visible</key>
<string>0</string>
<key>value</key>
<string>70.000000</string>
</dict>

Change 70.000000 to 65.000000 or 60.000000 depending how slow lean force you will need.

And also will need to go to Resources\data\PTModelGeneralSettings.0.attributes.xml and find

<key>Left Lean Force</key>
<dict>
<key>value</key>
<string>0.700000</string>
</dict>
<key>Right Lean Force</key>
<dict>
<key>value</key>
<string>0.700000</string>
</dict>

Change 0.700000 to 0.650000 or 0.600000 it must be the same link in previous change. If you change in PTModelAssetPowerup.0.attributes.xml from 70.000000 to 65.000000 you will need to change also in PTModelGeneralSettings.0.attributes.xml from 0.700000 to 0.650000

But be careful with this changes, as some of reducing speed will not be playable, as the game is made to be as original speed!
