Right now we do not have any video of the backend. But you can see the screenshots in the Intuitive drag-&-drop content builder section on the demo page.

Presently, there are no post type based sliders. But that is indeed planned and we are going to add them in the future. We have planned to add a niche category dedicated for post types and WooCommerce.
We will add such sliders in the future updates.
