The ticker has no bugs. I always update and maintain it.
For 8 years, I have been answering every support comment and email, as you can see on the Comments page.
You did not post any comment and did not send me any email asking for assistance. I always help my clients when they have an issue they don't know how to resolve. I can't help you if you don't contact me when you have a problem.
I don't know what so called "bugs" you are referring to, since yo did not trouble yourself to give any details, but if you contact me and let me know the details, I will investigate it and let you know what I find.
This is indeed a fantastic product, it works out of the box. But the support service is simple "OUTSTANDING", the combination of a great product and a great service is a dream come true for all of us customers. This is a must product to multiply our websites visitors, highly recommended!
