I found a menu creator module for Magento from this site http://www.menucreatorpro.com/ but not sure it is support bootstrap or not? have they reference your responsive menu? If I buy your plugin, is it possible to use for multi site per license? I have 3 magento site. Please reply

Thank you Mark

Hi,

I am not familiar with Menu Creator Pro. If you have any questions about them, please got to the site and contact them. They are in the best position to answer your questions.

Regarding the menu license, Envato creates all of the licenses for the projects on CodeCanyon. For any questions about the licenses, please contact the admins of the site by going to Help > Support Center and either searching for information or opening a ticket to talk directly to an admin.

Hi, got everything to work except the sub menu. the sub menu opens on mouse over, but when i want to click on a link in the sub menu it dissappears right away. it doesnt stay open. i copied your code 1:1 and still there it doesnt work. can you help me? thanks

i just realised it has something to do with the slider on my homepage, when i delete it, submenu works. any tips for that? thanks!

sorry fixed it by myself, for everybody else who has that problem change in css, dropdown -> z-index: 9999

The dropdown z-index depends on your site, if you have other content with bigger z-index that might be displayed over, then you should increase the index of the dropdown. There is no standard z-index for dropdowns but it depends on the content pf the page.

Regards.

I am looking at buying your plugin.

Does your plugin have the option where the menu collapses into a smaller version as you scroll down the screen?

An example of what I am talking about can be found at: http://themeforest.net/item/codeus-multipurpose-responsive-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/6906054

Hi,

The menu does not collapse, it displays as in the preview. You can set its width as responsive as to adjust based on the available space but it does not collapse like in your example.

Regards.

Hi Creative Tier, Love the menu and how I can modify it. I’ve run into a problem with the drop down not working on my preliminary design. I added the recent updates yet still no drop down. Could you possibly see where I went wrong in my coding? http://www.scottysracingengines.com/ Sincerely Mark

Hi,

I have looked over the page and the submenu appears in place on mouse over but it is not visible. Something is causing it not to be visible. You should look into what may be causing that and try to localize the problem, find where it is originating from.

I couldn’t spot any problem just from looking over the code in the browser, but what you can do is extract the menu code – HTML, CSS – from this big page and put it on a simple page with only the menu and then step by step, try to find what is causing it.

It is either a problem with modifications that you made to the menu code, either something caused by the content on the big page, so you need to keep that in mind as well.

So what you need to do is separate, simplify the code and go step by step in trying to find the source of what is causing the dropdown content not to be visible.

See if the problem is occurring on the page with only the menu, look over the CSS code of the dropdown to see if there is any code that is making it not be visible, look over the original files and original code and compare with your code, see what differences there are, and so on.

Please let me know how it goes and if I can help you with anything else.

Regards.

I just bought Modern Menu and I can’t instal on my Theme 7. After upload plugin zip file with menu plugin I have massage “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found”. Can you gel me?

Regards Roman

The menu is a standalone project, it is not a WordPress plugin. On CodeCanyon, the WordPress plugins are in the the “WordPress” section. This menu is in the “CSS” section.

I am sorry that you made that confusion but it does not say anything about WordPress on the menu page.

CodeCanyon is not just a WordPress marketplace, it is more than that. Plugins for WordPress are only in the “WordPress” section.

The only way for the menu to work on WordPress would be for you to take the existing files and use them to develop a WordPress plugin. I have not worked with WordPress so far, so I cannot help you in that regard, but you can research on the Internet for more information on how a WordPress plugin is developed.

Regarding a possible refund: CodeCanyon is a marketplace where I work and post my projects, I do not control the payments and I cannot offer refunds. You should try to contact the admins and ask them, if you wish. Go to the site and at the top you will see Help > Support Center. You can submit a ticket to the admins explaining the confusion that you made and maybe they can help, I do not know.

Regards.

Modern Menu in IE8 are not available.

Sorry… Modern Menu in IE8 are available.

Hello,

I would like to know if I can create a more deep level (level 3) of items in the menu?

Thanks.

All of the available options for the dropdowns are displayed in the preview and example files. There is not a level 3 menu for the buttons built in, but it is possible for you to code that through CSS.

Regards.

Hi, I just bought the plugin and I can´t upload it. This error appears:

Instalando plugin desde el archivo: codecanyon-1747557-modern-menu.zip Descomprimiendo…

Instalando el plugin…

No se ha podido descomprimir el paquete. No se encontraron plugins.

Fallo en la instalación del plugin.

Can you help me? Thanks!

Are you trying to upload the menu into Wordpress or something similar? The menu is not a Wordpress plugin, it is a standadlone HTML and CSS project. On Codecanyon, the WP plugins are only in the “Wordpress” section. Other sections contain different things. The menu is in the “CSS” category.

I am sorry that you have made this confusion. Unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund as I do not control the payments on the site. You can try and contact the admins to explain the confusion and maybe they can help.

how to upload modern menu plugin to word press

The menu is a standalone HTML and CSS project, not a Wordpress plugin. On CodeCanyon, WP plugins are only in the “Wordpress” section, this menu is in the “CSS” section. I am sorry you made this confusion. Envato has a new option now that allows you to request a refund if you want to. You can make the request and once I will approve it, your funds will be returned and access to the menu files will be removed.
