I have a pretty long playlist but I would like to have all the thumbnails visible. I am using the horizontal playlist. How would I do that?

Hi,

What do you mean exactly? Do you want to scale the thumbnails so they’re smaller?

Best regards, Rik

The size is fine I’d just like rows of thubnails

Hi,

Multiple rows are not possible unfortunately as that is not built into the plugin, the user will have to scroll.

Hi, how do I change settings after the plugin has been initialized? Say…..change from vertical playlist to horizontal playlist when a button is clicked.

Hi,

Unfortunately this is not possible, you must set the settings before loading the player.

Hi, how to disable unlisted or private video?

Hi,

It’s not possible to show hidden/private videos, only public videos. So I guess the answer to your question is: they’re hidden by default.

Is there a way to remove the ‘yesp-hp-next-page’ section when a ‘videos’ playlist is displayed?

Thanks,

YogiFish

I applied the css. It removes the ’+’ element to click, but the empty black space is still there.

I found a workable solution. I just removed the ‘+50’ part from line 552 of the main code. This is a great player, easy to customize.

Can the player handle different video sizes in a playlist ?

Hi,

All video’s you upload will be converted to 16:9 by YouTube, so they will all show up in the size.

Best regards, Rik

The playlist is still showing on a single video. How do I disable it on single videos?

Hi,

You can set the show_playlist to false and it will hide the playlist.

Brilliant coding. Enabled me to create my Forum Video Player (along with ‘Pullout Content Panel’ again from Codecanyon. I’ve extracted the video links from the forum posts to create both the drop down menu links and the Video Player Playlist video YouTube ids. Works a treat :) . http://e4life.co.uk/youtube/videos-full.php?querycat=

Hi,

Great to hear, thanks! :)

Hi, how can I scale the thumbnails? I would like to increse the size.

Thanks

Hi,

The thumbnails are scaled automatically, you cannot change them. It depends on the mobile browser if you can see the controls.

The fullscreem button I can see on mobile, but doesnt work, how can I resolve it?

Hi,

Not all mobile browsers support fullscreen. This depends on the browser restrictions and is not something we can fix unfortunately.

Hi, thanks for the plugin, working great.

In my case I have many playlists on the same page and I was asking myself if it’s possible to stop all videos from all playlists at the same time with something like allvids.youtube_video_stop()

Regards, Maxime

Hi,

I’d loop through the videos and then stop them like so:
$("#vid1, #vid2, #vid3").each(function() {
    $(this).youtube_video_stop();
});

Best regards, Rik
