We got the full support package, reskin, and two apps.
Negative Features
At the end of 1 month, we were able to receive the application.
The system is very open to manipulation. How Does?
A person can open a thousand tickets if he wishes, and there is no obstacle in this regard.
"Re-open ticket" makes no sense.
Although we paid extra for the 30-day support package, we think that support is not provided.
That's why we want to say ATTENTION to people who buy the app.
We set up the system with the recommended settings on our computer, but we reported that it did not work and requested a remote connection. They stated that they could not perform any remote connection. That's why we were alone. We think they are very reckless about it.

2) Neither you purchased this service additionally, Nor do we provide such remote services to anyone.
3) You were offered to share the issue you were facing so that you can be helped through that to the extent possible. (as FREE Support provided to our every Source Code purchaser ).
But you did not respond to that and falsely blamed us that you were left alone.
