1. Mobijet can be hosted by an individual company and all agents of that company can register. Agents can chat to another agents and customers. Cannot chat with Admin.
2. User can register to chat with a particular company only.
3. Agents can chat with customers through Support Tickets which Customer will create or Agent will create on behalf of a customer. Admin cannot chat with customers.

Hello friend, it is possible to connect Fiberchat conversations with Mobijet. Merging the Firebase database to accept conversations would be an excellent thing, because if so, it is already possible to have a WhatsApp business type application to serve companies.
