Hi Ninja Team,

Just installed the Moana and unfortunately it breaks my site and gives me a 500 error. Network admin did what they thought they could to make it work but there was no solve from out side.

Have you guys had this issue before?

yeah because its garbage, only uses visual composer pro i want a refund – i do not use pro version and it should be noted.

Hi there,

Let me explain this to you. We stated in the name of this plugin that it is using Visual Composer. The thing is Visual Composer does NOT have any FREE version. The REAL Visual Composer is here https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431?s_rank=1 only. Other ones or free ones are just FAKE.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi NinjaTeam.. I really like the plugin so far.

Yet, it seems I am not able to override the styling of some elements with CSS. Is there a custom CSS field for the plugin somewhere in admin settings..? Would it be possible to add one..?

Kind thanks.

Actually…I think I can style most elements. At the moment it is only reCaptcha that I can override default styling. In a normal CF7 form I can. It is just with the builder I have this issue.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Apologies for my misleading comments. reCaptcha seems to be calling external styling since it loads within an iframe.

Finally …I got around styling all other elements I wanted. Plugin works flawlessly so far. If you know your VC …it is very easy to use and style your forms.

Only problem so far was the datepicker (nothing to do with your plugin)..that by default uses a date format of mm/dd/yy instead of dd/mm/yy. Would you know how..? It would be unlocking infinite possibilities if you could provide some custom Ninja shortcodes compatible with CF7 ..like a smashing datepicker.

Hi there,

Is your datepicker the third party plugin? I’m not quite sure what issue you got. In this case, please submit a ticket at https://ninja.ticksy.com/, provide screenshot of the issue and our support team will help you check it.

Hi, a pre-sales question : does the actual plugin version including the possibility to insert placeholders in the form fields, most importantly icons ? I appreciate your concern

Hi there,

Thank you for coming to us. Currently, the plugin does not have that feature.

Hi, is it compatible with WPBackery page builder ?

Hi there,

Yes, this plugin allows you to build contact forms 7 with WPBackery page builder.

I cannot format labels and the default format for labels is not consistent. With the amount of time I spent troubleshooting the issues with the label alignments… I could have built a standard CF7 form without the plugin. Checkout this test form at http://dominionhoa.interactiveonline.com/newsite/test-form/ . Notice the labels are above some fields, but on others it’s to the left of the field. How do we get it so labels are always above the field? The labels don’t seem consistent either when it comes to a particular field type. For example, I see a date field will always have the label to the left… but with a text field, it’s sporadic. Both “Private Event Address” and “Contact Name” are both text fields, but the label position is not consistent. One field has the label above the field and the other one has it to the left. Any ideas how to fix this instead of creating a VC text box for the label for every CF field?

Sorry I gave up on your plugin and just created the forms manually. Plugins needs some work, too buggy.

Sorry it seems a conflict on your site only, we have not received any support ticket from you. Could you create one and our dev will fix the issue for you?

Hello, consult I want to buy the plugin but I would like to know if it is necessary to have installed the visual composer composer, since I use the “the king theme” layout. Thank you

Hi there,

Yes, this plugin needs Visual Composer to work on. Let me know if you need more info. Thank you and have a nice day!
