Very good menu works like a charm, and thanks a lot Klerith for helping out with everything!

You are welcome :)

I am using Word Press theme and Bluehost. I use FTP to update my files. Is there an easy way to install and run with Word Press (3.9.1)? I notice that my themes have jquery elements, but not sure if its everything I need to load your product. I’m using Avada and Quick Metro themes. Your menu is exactly what I am looking for, I’m just not up to speed with jquery and how I would go about adding this properly to my directory etc to make everything work. Of course, wanting to do this in short order and looking for an easy way to do this :) If so, I will purchase pronto. :) I look forward to your response. Thank you.

Hi,

The jQuery version needed si 1.7 or newer. If you are running any version of that, you will have no problem at all.

You also need to import the CSS and the MetroMenu Call, that is a Javascript call.

I just upload the documentation, so maybe this helps you.

Hi,

Great Menu!

Is there a way to add a different hover color for each item?

Thank you.

Umm that’s is not a feature of metro menu. Sorry

We will need to change a couple of things to achieve that.

Ok, no problem. Still a great menu.

I have another question: I have a music site that already has a nav bar that I would like to keep and put the Metro Menu bar above that, but when I add the code to the page the Metro Menu bar goes on top of the other nav bar, hiding it. When I inspect the element it shows the div at the bottom of all code. I hope this makes sense. Is there anything you can do to help?

Can you send me a message via my profile and continue the talk there?

Can you send me the link of your site to check it out.

If you set the property position”, the menu Will be placed on the top of the screen over any element (because has a z-index like 99999)

So, if you have a menu that uses some static position, you can create a div just below your menu, this div can hold the Metro Menu if you want, using the property “divholderid”. You just need to set that div the space (width and height) that you want.

Hi, really nice menu!! Please, any expected wordpress version in the near future?

Thank you.

Hi, in the near future no Josevgc, sorry, I already create my Metro Login for WP, but I need more knowledge before making for WP.

But if you can add the CSS and JS manually in the page, and call the initialization, you can use it

Thanks for your fast reply. This is the best metro menu out there so probably I will integrate as you say. BTW Metro Login is also very cool.

How to make it so that when i press the ESC key, it doesn’t exit

I see,

Please, check the documentation and tutorials, some questions are solved with examples there.

To prevent the menu from hovering your page, you can create a “DIV” or special section for storing the menu, and then, call the Metro Modal property “divholderid” and send the ID of that div.

To change the color, there are two properties for that, one is called color1 and color2, those change the background and hover color.

This questing I don’t understand, can you explained again? “When I resize my page.. the arrows to slide to the next items are squares.”

There is a problem there?

This is a plugin Seigosoft

How can I make the menu load faster on page load?

How i can add a different color for each item? I would really like to do that….

(sorry i can’t edit the previous comment)... I want the selected items to display a specific color to make it stand out.

a color for each item is not possible, but you can select a color for all the items and another one for the hover effect

OK. Then I’ll have to find another way to specify the selected menu. Thanks.

Muchas gracias.

a month later, I still haven’t received an answer to my doubts. Good support !!!! Thank you!

Sorry, for the month late.

En la documentación está lo que necesitas, hay tutoriales para usar lo que se llaman callbacks, que en lugar de usar el url, retornan que opción fue presionada.

Mira la carpeta de tutoríales por favor.
