Slow and approximate support. Strongly discouraged
This is false review.
We worked with this customer for 2 months now. We answered all technical support tickets (9) and emails/comments, helped fix server/theme compatibility issues. After some time he stopped communicating and ignored our communication.

Customer change review to 1 star just because he changed his mind and started using other product. There was no specific reason provided in ticket or email communication.
It works wonderfully. Numerous adjustment possibilities. Translations into German are not yet complete, but not a problem.

I buyed this Media Manager but it was broken for the first time, i gave the support more than a Month to fix something. But instead of giving me good anwsers the told me directly that they will fix it someday in the future.. Oo thanks a lot for a product i can't use that is full of bugs. I had never issues with the support of UserPro before, but in that case for this particular addon the support was worster than worst can be, also after some weeks they ask me if i'm happy with the support and if the issue can be closed. No it an't because they did nothing.. yust nothing.
