I have adjusted my previous 1 star rating to 4 stars as the addon feature I had a problem with now function correctly.
However, for no respond from Support received, I had to let go of 1 star.

Pie Charts not working (which is why I bought the plugin). Only the text in the centre appears. No response to my support Query. Will be asking for refund.

Great functions, simple, regular autor updates :)
Incredibly dissatisfied with this plugin and customer service. A feature that "exists" doesn't actually work.
Meanwhile it is not up to standard in regard to basic features that exist on a majority of premium plugins.
Customer service is horrendous.
Do not pay for extended support with anything coding related because they will not address it - even issues that exist with the current code.
I can see why WPKraken has poor ratings on Trust Pilot and other sites.

This plugin is AMAZING! I was impressed at first and then found out the advanced features and couldn't believe someone had made a plugin that i had wanted for ages.
Would give 6 stars if I could
Useless support, no answer to my questions. Useless plugin which seems to upset my theme I'm using. Don't bother!

Some nice add-ons but by far the biggest resource sucker I have ever experienced. As soon as I disable it, all my memory/resource issues go away. Not worth the headaches.
Used to like this plugin. Now it's clear that the devs has no intention to maintain the plugin anymore (their last comment was they have no plans for updates after months of silence), last meaningful update was one year ago and they just recently (forced) to push an update after complaints because their plugin rendered WPBakery backend useless after WP 5.5 upgrade. Even after the bug fix some problems still remain. Steer clear from this plugin and the MPC team.

Big performance impact on WP backend. No updates for latest builder. I was lucky to get it in sale, definitely not worth full price.
