Firstly, the issue you have could have been a problem caused by your environment and not a bug in script and it could actually be a problem with the script.

You should request for support first, then if support couldnt able to assist you, you can move on with your review as you want.

In addition, giving negative review wont solve your problem, nor will it help other customer get well served either.

We are not worried about your review rather we are more concerned about getting our product to top quality and usefull to large number of customers, and we can only do this by listening to customer feedback and making improvement to the script.
