I did not realize you were not keeping this updated. It does not work correctly on the newest version of wordpress, the video’s audio keeps playing even though I have exited out of the video.. And when I tried to create an account on the support system you use.that did not work either. As to why I’m posting here.

Your update did not work. Product still plays the audio of the youtube video after you click the X in the right hand corner. Does me no good. People leave the site just to get audio to quit playing.
It is solved from our part, but due to different device and their native players, it may have issue, which is really beyond our control. Thanks.

Unfortunately it appears I can not select specific pages for this popup – only all pages. The description infers that it would. “Admin can set the “Display option” for Home, Pages only, Single post only, Archives only or for All pages.” Stating “Pages only”, suggests individual pages, but “Pages only” and “All Pages” is apparently the same thing!? Not individual pages? This is confusing. The plugin looks great otherwise, but assignment settings are limited which render it useless – unless I’m missing something or there’s a quick work around, I need a refund please.

I’ve already purchased this plugin and attempted to open a support ticket but never received my confirmation email for setting up an account. The plugin works great, however when the popup is required, once the user signs up the box does not go away and there is no option for the user to close it. They have to refresh the page. Please tell me there is something I’m missing?

Currently it can have a single popup for a site, if you need language specific different popup, it will require custom development at additional cost.

Hi, this is a pre-sales question. I had bought Ninja Popups as the author told me it would meet my requirements. After buying it, and more importantly investing a bunch of time in learning how it works, it turns out his product does not work for my purposes.
I have a page with over 50 PDF manuals that I want to offer as downloads. If someone clicks on the link to the pdf, they are required to enter their information and it gets forwarded to Mailchimp. Ninja popups does this. The problem I have is that if you click on another PDF link, Ninja popups isn’t intelligent enough to realise that you’ve already submitted your information, and will request that you re-submit it 50 times, one for each of the PDF manuals. Which is obviously absurd.

We’ve added the mailchimp API key and List ID to the plug in in mailchimp settings but the email is not transmitting to mailchimp. Anything i am missing?

Hi I just added this plugin and its not working on mobile. But if you go to a site that allows you to see what it looks like on mobile from your desktop like , it comes up. But when you go to the site from an actual mobile phone it doesnt show at all. The site is fbffitness.com
for mobile popup, there is a separate box to insert the popup content.
