Admin demo please?

I am using OC1.5.6.4. but this plugin not config. error 500.

Because, we always upload the plugin for latest version. That is why if someone needs the plugin for older supported version, we supply them directly.

nonsense, If I use plugin for OC 1.5.6.x this plugin not latest version. I have wait you sent me file download ? I have to pay to use such a bad plugin. If you not tag OpenCart 1.6.xx. I never buy plugin of you.

Sorry, but I think you are misunderstanding us. If you could just contact us once , we could send you the appropriate installer for your version. The one that we have uploaded currently is for OC 2.X

How do we access support for this? You support versions 1.5.x to 3.x but there only seems to be 1 download?

Yes because we also develop extensions, but the method you are using to make sure people buy multiple licenses for multiple domains means that all customers have to try and install the extension, it doesn’t work and they have to contact you which not only wastes their time, and your time, it doesn’t protect your work because they could use the extension on multiple domains as long as they are running the same OpenCart version.

So you might as well either split the different versions in to different extensions here on Envato, or add some proper sort of protection like a license code which many OpenCart extensions use.

We charge our clients based on the time we spend to install extensions for them – and so far this has wasted a lot of our time and yours!

Since most people use the latest version of Opencart while purchasing an extension, so we receive less requests for older versions. But still, you are correct, it is wasting our time too, indeed.
