It’s pretty easy to install and I can see the image shows up in the backend already. However I don’t see it show up in transaction email at all? Do I need to add special code or settings?

No there is no special code – only email templates files that should be rewritten. You have to copy files from
app/design/frontend/rwd/default/ to app/design/frontend/your_theme_path

Will this extension support image in pdf invoice?
currently this extension does not add images to PDFs as this is a little bit more tricky.
If you would like to have images in PDFs as well, you can contact our Support and we can do some custom work on your store to add images to PDF invoice.

I have opened a ticket and have not received any kind of confirmation or response. This extension does not work in my transactional emails and also it completely broke my ability to print/download any Invoices which effectively cripples my store as I have to print invoices for drop-ship orders. Please Help!!
Also, the Template authors have just advised me that this extension stripped all html tags on my store and completely broke Ajax SITEWIDE. Please help as this is a pressing issue and they won’t help because it is your extension that caused these issues.

Sir, the ticket was NOT ANSWERED! All I got was a smug email basically denting that this extension caused these issues when I been clearing using the print PDF functionality since I opened my store and it stopped working immediately after installing this extension. The agent did NOT offer to resolve this or even bothered to ask for admin credentials to look into the issue. Instead the agent denied all issues were because of this extension and offered a “Paid” solution. Please fix or provide refund and I’ll ask template developers to remove this extension.

Does it work with transactional email translated in a different language than english? (we work on a italian translated transactional emails)
Yes it works on RWD design transactional emails no matter what the language is

Your template probably use standard transactional emails so there should be no problem. If the template rewrites Items template blocks that are used in transactional emails then you might need to merge those templates with the one in extension. But it is highly unlikely that your template would alter email blocks.

I just bought this extension.
I tested it in the backend, it works but I have a issue: in configurable products it shows the main image of the configurable product, but it should show the image of the associated simple product bought.
Example: I have a T-shirt product with 3 colours (red, white and blue) and I buy it in BLUE. In backend it show the T-Shirt in RED that is the default image of the configurable product and this is not correct as I bought a BLUE one.
This can be a big problem in cart or mail seen by the customer (but even I prefer also in backend the correct colour)
