Hello author, could you endeavour to give swift response to your customers. Being 3 days since I made a post about the non responsiveness of the flipbook and there has been no response whatsoever from you. This is something I noticed prior to purchasing your product while I was trying to get some details then but I assumed it was because I was yet to purchase your product and I comforted myself with the thought of getting a better support once I become a valid customer but apparently I was totally wrong. I have purchased lots of other products from other vendors on the Envato market and it is totally different else I may have drawn a conclusion that it is a general inadequacy. If there are alternative medium or channel to that can be used in reaching you and getting response in less than 1 or 2 days, I will be pleased to have it. Having a good product is one thing but a good support and feedback system is far more important.

Hello Its been now 4 days since I requested support regarding setting up the PDF as the document provided is a little confusing to no avail.

I check many many things but no change, the image that produce from pdf have problem with all text (I test many language both RTL and LTR) in all case text messed up and all text content change to unkown format.

I just bought the flipbook. The only file, after the download, inside the documents folder is index.php with the line <?php # Silence is golden. , I checked all folders, no documentation. Can you check the file that codecanyon-19163999-magalone-flipbook-for-wordpress really contains all the tis needed ?

this feature is not necessary as it falls outside the support scope. Only the default TinyMCE editor is supported, if you need to use a different editor, you can always switch to the TinyMCE to generate the shortcode. Furthermore including the ID would just add to the confusion because it would make it look like it is necessary information, when it is not needed due to the shortcode adding window.

Having an issue with the code. I have closely followed the instructions in the start here file and on the support page.

I have confirmed that Gzip is disabled on the hosting and that there is no custom 404 page.

from what I can see, the content is still being delivered with gzipping, see the headers:

As for the 500 error, that would be a problem on the server side, since it occurs on a javascript file delivery. I would recommend looking into your server logs if you can find a relevant problem or otherwise contact your hosting provider for more information.

The hosting provider is still saying that gzip is off. As for the logs, I would have no idea on this. The product description says ‘no programming needed’ and ‘it just works’. In need of trouble shooting support on this.
