hi, please make a good documentation. i see that a lot of people have problems with installation. me too. i have lost a long f.cking time for installing. i wait too long just for a simple answer. please send an answer to my email.
The documentation is really simple as well as the installation. We have made it simply through the install.php installation file.

“Also version 1.0 of the script contains some major errors in the account creation. Please consider updating to version 2.0 if you want, as we will not offer support for the Free File of the Month campaign version.”
Support was not included for the Free file of the Month campaign so we were not required to offer support for every user that downloaded the free files, it was just our choice.
The Free File of the Month campaign will end tomorrow. We will then close support for the free files and focus on the initial stuff for the main script, that gets support included.
Thats absolutely ok, giving no support for free files but in my opinion, it’s a really worse business if you offer a broken giveaway and say in an e-Mail reply: “Yeah, we know it doesnt work in the free version so if you want it, buy it”.
If you offer a giveaway, it should work (you don´t have to offer the full package).
It’s ok if you want to continue this way, it’s your business.

Everything was working perfectly when we submitted the script for the Free File of the Month campaign, but we found the bug shortly after 1-2 days the campaign has started. We have contacted the Envato Team to check if the update that included a fix for the error that we released after the first days of the campaign can also be released to the Free File of the Month files but they told us there isn’t any way to update them; instead users will need to buy the script to get the updated version, so was not our business and we couldn’t done anything.

Giving away a broken free version, to then say it works in the paid version is not good practice

You have the old version of the script. Please check out the comments below to get an idea on what you can do.

Author knew the script was broken, and used “free file of the month” feature as an advantage to promote the paid version of the script.
We will soon release a statement on the website and explain everything.
The IT section wanted to look at using this and agree it looks quite good but based on the developers attitude above to it being ‘ok’ to supply a substandard product that is broken then tell people ‘you will have to buy it to test it’ they have crossed a dangerous line because in Australia that could be classified as ‘Bait and switch’ which is a breach of the consumer protection laws.
Envato should not associate themselves with vendors like this as they could be jointly liable.
Even if these actions are not a proveable breech it does raise concerns over trust of both mouple and envato.
So it looks like all those complaints I made about not being able to download version 2 during the time the free file of the month was out for April was a lie? You told me time and time over that it was Envato’s issue, but now it sounds like you intentionally left version 1,0 as the free file, and switched to version 2 after the free file of the month ended. That seem about right? I was anxious to TRY this using the free file period to see if it would do what I needed, and after that, of course I would have been happy to purchase it, but quietly not providing support and then hiding the newer version and lying about it shows that you might not be the right company to work with. Shame.

I e-mailed you twice concerning this software and no response. Do you have Nginx (redirect) directives. I fixed some of the bugs but I doubt I will use it…...
