What kind of support is included?

Support does NOT include the following:

  • We cannot provide general webhosting and/or general PHP support.
  • We cannot provide general support on Laravel, Vue, Javascript or other used technologies.
  • We cannot help with issues from your own customization.
  • We cannot provide customizations that extended default features. What you see in the demo is what comes with your purchase.
  • We cannot provide how-to advice on if the script is capable of doing what you want/need. Read documentation and try to determine if it will suit your needs.
  • We cannot provide fixes that are unique to your web hosting or server environment. If your hosting or server environment is different than what is listed in the requirements section, you’ll need to determine if it will work before purchasing.
  • We try for fast response times but as described on our support tab, response time may be up to 2 business days. Too many issue/feature questions that do not fall under support will slow down all response times. Please investigate for yourself thoroughly before contacting us.

Can I request a feature? Or can I pay you for a feature?

You should only buy a product if it meets your requirements in its current form. Don’t expect any updates or new features. You always have the full source code to modify it to your needs.

Selling scripts is a niche business, you may have great ideas but we have limited budget and time. Keep your expectations aligned with the price of the script.

Some functions are simply not interesting because they generate too much support, or have to communicate with third-party APIs that change regularly and therefore produce too much work for a low one-off fee. You’ll have to hire a developer for those features, or make them yourself.

If you request a paid feature, please consider the following:

  • We only work with companies, not with private individuals.
  • If possible, indicate your budget.
  • Custom work starts at about $1,000. Less is usually not interesting because it takes more time than generates revenue.
  • Describe the feature as detailed as possible. Otherwise we can only indicate something like “between $1,000 and $20,000”.
  • Implementing a feature requires design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and support until the product’s end of life. It’s hardly ever as easy as just “adding a field”.
  • If you want a feature exclusively for your own installation, you will no longer be able to receive updates in most cases.
  • We are already spending a lot of time keeping this script up to date and there is support on a daily basis. The first priority is to make it as bug-free as possible before adding new features.

I’ve encountered a bug

In order to be able to help you as quickly and effectively as possible, we need certain information:

  • Do you get a 500 error after installation? Verify you have at least PHP 7.2 and MySQL >= 5.7.8 or MariaDB >= 10.2.7.
  • If you encounter a bug, try to reproduce the problem on the demo and describe the exact steps you have taken to reproduce the problem.
  • Always check the log files (/storage/logs) and add them to the support message if relevant.
  • If applicable, add screenshots or an error message.
  • Try to be as specific as possible, it may relate to your OS, (mobile) device, browser, hosting environment, etc..

    Will you update the script?

    We have created this script and we have the intention to update it. Of course, we can’t make hard promises, but as long as the financial compensation allows, we intend to work on this project. Without enough sales we obviously can’t spend as much time on it as we’d like.

    However, make sure you only buy the script if it meets your needs in its current form.
