I have wrote several emails but still no answer.

I have purchased this plugin, when i’m trying to use some of the themes, it says i need to purchase premium version which i did. But I still don’t know where i need to enter the purchase code in your plug in.

This is my 4th day i’m still waiting please reply

Oh no! I replied to your emails 2 times. The first time I think you left a wrong email, and the second time I replied to your admin@frd*.com email and I supposed you received it.

If you purchased the plugin from Codecanyon, simply login to your account at Codecanyon, under your user menu select Downloads and you should be able to download your zip file there. Please install using the loginstyle.zip file. There is no way to enter the purchase code to automatically upgrade if you were previously using the free version.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Great work! :-)

Thanks!

Hi,

Do you mind providing a screenshot? Thanks.

Regards

can u please go to the website (https://kennis.terweelportaal.nl), because i cannot make a screenshot of this issue, because it is only when i move my mouse pointer around the form.

The reason I asked is because I couldn’t replicate the issue.

What OS and browser are you using? How does the login box flip around? Is it when you click on the form or when you hover over the form?

Thanks.

when importing an template the background is not displaying. please help

Please try to add the following css:

body.login {
    background-color: transparent !important;
}

Hi guys. I’ve messaged through your support page but there is no confirmation the message sent?

Can you please tell me how to remove the default blue left margin on the Registration message box?

I’ve edited custom.css to get the other registration form elements to match the login form edits of the plugin. It would be really good if you could add the registration form elements to the plugin settings.

Many thanks for an awesome plugin otherwise. So easy and so powerful.

Please try the following custom css:

.login #login_error, .login .message {
    border-left: 1px solid #000;
}

Regards

Your login page looks great by the way! Would you mind if I list your registration page as a reference site?

Regards

That worked perfectly. Thank you very much.

And I’d be honoured for you to use the page as a reference. Please do. The actual live page is: http://recomp.com.au/wp-login.php

How can I actually view the login forms on a frontend page?

Hi,

You can view a demo of the login form at http://demo.archtheme.com/loginstyle/wp-login.php, it’s based on the template called “Kettle.” You can also login from that page to view the backend.

Hi, does this plugin has a shortcode? Can I put the login on other page other than the wp-login.php page?

Hi,

Sorry, the plugin does not have a shortcode. It applies all styles and effects to the wp-login.php page only.

Hello, I love this plug in! On the registration page however, the email address input field is still white and not matching the username box and the button is blue. Why is this? Thanks

There may be a conflict with your theme. Can you send me a link to your login page? I’ll take a look.

Hi! I really enjoyed using your plugin. However I have tried to use it on a website with a SSL-certificate but the plugin loads google fonts through http. It is not safe and the certificate will break. Is there any way to use https instead while loading the fonts. Thanks!

Perhaps you can give me your live site so I can take a look at the warnings / errors.

Hm, I’m not seeing any errors on the Google Chrome console. Maybe it was a cache?

When used as a registration page (wp-login.php?action=register), the form doesn’t look nice. Some text fields are not styled, do you have a plan to fix this or any workaround?

I’ll push an update to fix it. It was previously overlooked.

Regards

Could you estimate when the update will be ready?

Around 3-4 days.

Hi, how do I get show the link to the Register Form on the login screen?

Try the following code:

<a href="http://mywebsite.com/wp-login.php?action=register">Register now.</a>

Obviously, you need to change the domain to your own, and also set “allow anyone to register” in your WordPress settings. Currently, the register form is not displaying correctly with this plugin. An update is coming soon to fix this.

this will show the Register now on the register form as well.. it would be good to have a better way of doing this as part of the fix..

Upon further inspection, the register link should automatically appear if you uncheck “Remove Lost Password Link” on Loginstyle settings, and if you checked “Anyone can register” under the Settings > General menu.

Hi, I’m interested in buying your plugin, but my website is based in China and here a lot of service are blocked as for example google and google fonts. It is possible to use different fonts in your plugin? Thanks

Hi,

In that case you can just set up using default font families for browsers. There are still plenty of default browser fonts to choose from.

Hi,

I just purchased your awesome plugin but it’s not working well on my website. When i load a template it says The template has successfully loaded but all i see is a solid background and the old login form. When i try to customize it by my own it is the same result. I tried t disable all my plugin to see if there is a conflit but that didn’t work either. Please help me and it’s really urgen!!!! Thanks

Hi,

Can you send your website with login details to support@archtheme.com? I’ll take a look.

Regards

Is there a way to use this plugin with another login page besides the default wp-admin login page?

Hi,

Unfortunately the hooks used in the plugin as well as the css classes and IDs are specific to the default WP login page. You will need to customize the plugin if you wish to apply it to other pages.

Hi, no matter what I seem to do the logo does not appear. There seems to be a link box in place of a logo but even using a template does not kick in the logo. See image https://www.dropbox.com/s/slbujb1t74tt4br/Screen%20Shot%202017-01-10%20at%2009.26.27.png?dl=0

Hi,

Can you a send me a live link to look at? It could be permissions with your files or a conflict with your theme styles. I’ll check it out.

You can send it to support@archtheme.com if you’d rather not post it on a public forum.

Hello Support,

I just installed your plugin on my site and activated Hologram theme. Login page seems to be broken, no matter what I change or add. Particle effect is active, footer is aligned to the left and the background image is missing. My goal was to have gradient background with particles effect. Could you please investigate? My website is private, available only to registered users.

Yes sir! I actually thought about that right away, but it’s not doing it.

Hi,

Looks like it’s a bug that needs updating for the newest WP version.

I’ll patch an update shortly. In the meantime, you can send me an email to support@archtheme.com with your purchase code and I’ll send you the fixed plugin right away.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Regards

I understand, no problem. I sent you an email with my purchase code and one more issue I have with this login page. If I create a new user or and send them the email with the link to reset their password form appears to be inactive, I can see it, but I can’t click on anything. Please check your email for details.

Nothing is active. Issue: https://www.jessieknows.org/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=zfeAV3xhuNooQ4Z1GyrG&login=demo
