Hello ViserLab the 2.0 update that was done on the 27th September 2022 is unable to work, basically the update is a database update, so i have redone fresh installation and tried to import this new sql file into database but it keeps giving errors the errors are regarding ALTER TABLE on line 1 to 8. it seems the tables already exist in the database. if you have already updated the script maybe remove this update? please advise on this. also i have a few customisations that i require ( over 10 custom features) do you have developer availability?

This is the worst way to respond to query because when we then go to open a ticket on there we start a very long back and forth situation with you and your colleagues and nothing is usually done.

Does it not make sense to push this as a minor update so everyone who has purchased can download and update their script? If i open a ticket for an issue and after one day 5 people open for same issue and the next day 10 people open ticket and so on… is that not overwhelming? The calculations against the USD as a base rate is not working check your script and push it as a minor update with other smaller fixes. This works for everyone… what do you think?

I want to also find out the coinpayment account required for use on this script is it the Personal or Business type on coinpayment site or better put which option is most suitable. I have 3 Questions respectively;
1: Can I add a custom Coin, which doesn’t have any API integration/network? Will it work perfectly?
2. Based on the above question, If I select manual add/Substract balance to a user will it work perfectly? Will the coins be deposited to the users wallet without any API error? Without the need of sending coins to a specific address.

I can’t see any option to update the admin wallet to receive escrow commissions/percentage in the admin panel. Where is that?

There is nothing as such ‘gateway settings’. However, I did check ‘Fiat Gateways’, and ‘Cryptocurrencies’ which have ‘Percentage’ settings only.
Whereas, I want to know where will these escrow charges/commissions go? into which wallet?

There is no such option except API settings.
