Really good, I'm surprised it doesn't have many more sales. Super easy and quick to set up too. I can't comment on the support as I haven't had to use it :-). I'm using it on a very large, very complex site (in a multisite setting, too) and have had no programs or conflicts etc.
if you want a super-slick way to show off your website demos this is THE plugin.
