forgot to mention the Admin panel is installed on a live hosting as shared one with its dedicated domain
Found the error , it was in firebase web app code there was const instead of var at the beginning of the copied code and const app = initializeApp(firebaseConfig); instead of firebase.initializeApp(firebaseConfig); now have to check if the App is working as it should
..In fact after built App in Android Studio running on Emulator its installing correctl but it crash just after splash screen
