Hi, I got the plugin through Envato Elements to give a try and I really like it. It worked pretty well on my local server, but when I implemented it online my SVGs simply don’t load. I’m happy to pay for the license if I can get help to make it work + load with the original SVG colours.
Hello! The problem is obviously related to the environment. Maybe on your hosting some restrictions on SVG uploading or the site moving was not very correct. Please check the plugin status tab and make sure all parameters match. Otherwise, open your console and provide the error text if any or a screenshot to better understand what caused the problem.
Hey, thanks for you reply. My hosting has SVG restrictions so I’m having to use a plugin to enable SVG uploads (Safe SVG), can I still use Liner if that’s the case?
We did not test the Liner with the third party plugin and such hosting restrictions but you can try it and let us know if the plugin works in this case.
