Ok people, there is definitely no support anymore, even if you pay for it. No questions have been answered in the support forum for months (!!!). You also can't expect any help from Envato. They say it's okay if you don't get any help or answers. So, just keep your hands off this plugin

This plugin has/had/whatever the potential to be one of the best review plugins out there. However, I can only warn others to stay simply due to the lack of support. There is no. I opened a ticket. It took two weeks to get a response and that only came after creating a second ticket to question the lack of response.
I opened another support ticket over three weeks ago. It's likely a simple yes or no. I'm still waiting on a response.
And it isn't like no one is monitoring the support page. You see responses for their themes, but not this plugin. It's unfortunate. But I warn you to look elsewhere for a similar plugin (it'll be tough) unless you're not worried about support for the plugin.

I huge bug is in this plugin with the default options. You can save them in the Options but in der Review/Article/Post it is not there to edit.
On the support Forum are this problem known since May '23 but no update is avaible.
Very stylish plugin! I hope you will update it in future, too
This plugin looks amazing, nothing better and there are quite a few customization options. That said, while it *basically* functions there are bugs, bugs, bugs and currently (April - May 2023) there is little to zero support with over a month and a half of waiting for any kind of response AT ALL as a recently purchased "supported" buyer looking for devs to acknowledge the issues with again...NO RESPONSE at all. In the end, I resorted to fixing the bugs that prevented me from using the plugin with the help of my jr. assistant GPT4 which was a huge time suck to get it functional for my sites purposes. It's a real shame because the core of the plugin is so good but currently dev support is fully MIA.
Please note, that I don't write negative reviews unless I have to but my support request has been completely ignored both on their support ticket site and here for 1.5 months. It's a shame because the base of the plugin is really good but too many issues that if you're not willing to get your hands dirty this plugin without a future update that addresses these issues is a NO.
It Can Help me Create beatifull Review for my website
Great little plugin. Totally makes it easy to quickly review things. And the customer support is fantastic.
Greta looking and these guys are real WordPress coding guideline followers. They don't need to update their plugins or themes except maybe once every few years. Besides that, they all work flawlessly for years without any updates.
1. The plugin will load its resources on ALL pages of your website. There is no possibility to activate it either by post type or per page where you are using it. That means that even if you use the review on 2 pages of your website, you will still load it on all 1000 pages, with its js and css.
2. The plugin will load the resources for all templates that come with it even if you are using just one. It is some unnecessary bloating that could have been avoided through better coding.

Hi there,
I'm sorry you feel this way, but that is completely not true, so I'm left very confused.
1. The plugin does not load on all pages. It only loads the plugin's JS/CSS files if a review box is outputting on the page. There is 1 extremely small file (it's 800 bytes gzipped - in case you don't know, that's less than 1 kilobyte, and as a reference, a single image is typically around 120 kilobytes) that loads on all pages and it's the API stying stylesheet, the reason it loads everywhere is that it is not possible for the plugin to know if a site is showing the review data anywhere in a custom way. That's why it adds a puny 800 byes of style to ensure it looks good if you do.
2. All the designs share the same base styling, each design then adds minimal amounts of bytes of extra styling to make them their unique designs.
The plugin's core stylesheet size is only 6.8kbs gzipped. If you truly believe that separating 6.8kbs into smaller files is going to make a difference to your performance, I think you're looking at optimization all wrong.
The Let's Review demo site has near-perfect scores with Let's Review as it is, you can see for yourself here: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdemos.codetipi.com%2Fletsreview%2F&tab=desktop
So yeah, I'm left very confused.

Customer support is kind, thank you.
Great ! Highly recommended .
I've been looking around for a review plugin that looks great, has great customizability allows you to do a final score and not have criteria.
I really had not found anything until I was turned on to Let's Review by the developer when asking about the review system on his theme's.
Pro's
- Support has been awesome had a question if they could customize something for me, had the code in a day to do it.
- It looks great!
- Can be customized with ease and good options
- Easy to use.
I've tried more than 10 different review plugins for WordPress and I usually don't bother leaving reviews, but this plugin is very good. It saved me a lot of work.
I love the design, very modern and clean. Other plugins look like they were designed in 1991...
If you want to create a review website this plugin is definitely worth it
I used a few other paid plugins for a couple of years to power my idea of building a user rating based review website. Finally found this plugin, which is build upon the native comments and has the functionality. I had a few requirements and Chris was so helpful in getting those updates. I'm Glad I found this plugin and sad I missed this when i purchased the other one in 2017.
Bought the whole two copies. This was a mistake. The plugin is useless. I explain why.
The task: to collect average scores (from comments) for different posts, display them on a separate page, make a rating from the average scores for each page.
As a result:
1. There is a shortcode [letsreviewcommentaveragefinalscore] but it cannot be used in an editor.
2. It is not possible to build a rating by Visitor Comments Review, only by Visitor Reviews. It is useless.
3. the Editors Review shortscode cannot be displayed on the category page. In other words, it is possible, but the design falls off.
Guys, please build a rating system around Visitor Comments Review. I want people to write detailed reviews in comments rather than just pointing a single button. And I output the rating based on these detailed reviews.

Hi there,
I am really confused over this. I tried looking in the support system and you have never opened a single ticket about any of this.
TLDR; What Cgam3r says is factually inaccurate and not correct.
1- You can use shortcodes in the Gutenberg editor, you simply paste it and your block will be converted into a shortcode block.
But why would you do that? Let's Review comes with actual native Gutenberg blocks. One of those blocks is literally called "Comment Review Averages". In that block you can make it show the scores of ANY post via the simple "select post" option in that block. In other words, you can literally and very easily show the averages of comments for all your posts in any page you want. It would take less than a minute to do it all, you'd simply duplicate the block I mentioned multiple times and change the block's post to a different post each time, etc.
2- See number 1, this is untrue.
3- Again, I don't know how you're adding shortcodes to your category, but you can show any review, anywhere.
I hope this info helps and that you can reconsider your review, as it is not factually accurate.
If you need any assistance with any of this or to simply speak about the plugin, you can simply open a ticket here: http://codetipi.ticksy.com
Best,
