  • We provide free installation service if you purchase an Extended License, The installation service is specifically for Server/hosting that goes with Cpanel or WHM. If you are using VPS, you need to install Cpanel or WHM. We do not provide installation service on unmanaged Servers. If you purchase an extended license or get installation service separately your domain needs to be pointed to the hosting on which we can perform the installation.

    Note: Our Item is based on the Laravel framework so the folder path should be /public_html. You should not install it on a sub-folder, Using a sub-domain is better than a sub-folder. (We will not install our Item on sub-folder).

  • What is the difference between a Regular License and an Extended License?

    Explanation: In a Regular license you will get complete item source code. But we will not provide technical support if the item is not supported as per Envato policies. If the item has source code issues and that issues exist on our end as well we will provide assistance in that matter and the issue will be resolved in the next upcoming update.
    In an Extended license, we will provide installation services for items on the Server so that you have do not have to pay 100$ for installation service separately. In both Licenses, we will provide complete source code. The same principle will be applied to the extended license for support policy.
    If you want to create multiple end-products you typically cannot do so with an Extended License or Regular License, since both are limited to a single end product. In this case, you will need to purchase a separate license for each end product. You can review FAQs mentioned by Code Canyon.

  • When you customize your Application/Website. Your item will be excluded from support as we do not provide support for customized Items
