1 – For products that have free installation service, we just provide free installation service for hosting using Cpanel or Direct Admin. If you’re using VPS, you need to install Cpanel or Direct Admin. We don’t provide installation service on localhost.

Note: it’s based on Laravel framework so the root folder for it is /public. You shouldn’t install it on a sub-folder, use a sub-domain is better than a sub-folder. (we won’t support installing our product on the sub-folder).

2 – When you customize your application our support team cannot help with issues from your customization.
