Do you think I could add your plugin to my site: https://uptrave.com/? I really like that parallax effect

Hello,

You seem to have a regular WordPress site, so you can install and add LayerSlider just like any other plugin. Please feel free to ask if you have a specific question.

Kind regards, Kreatura Team

I was too excited about your work so far, so I didn’t even think about it when I bought the plugin. Just a little question, I will most likely use the “Sky Experience” template, can some permanent details remain, such as that balloon in the back or something else existing, without disturbing anyone? Once again, I want to congratulate you for what you managed to do!

Thank you for your kind words! We appreciate it! :)

Sure, you can freely edit the templates to your liking. You can experiment on them or use them as a starting point for your projects. LayerSlider is a tool, and you can build whatever you like.

moving a slide with image from bottom to top by scrolling mouse wheel. It is possible to resize it during the scrolling? And what if the slide has a video?

Hello,

You can use the scaleX and scaleY transition properties to scale layers. It works with any layer type, including videos.

Kind regards, Kreatura Team

Does this plugin work with Elementor? I love the effects and want to purchase it but I don’t see anything that says compatible with elementor. :(

Hello,

Yes, we have a dedicated Elementor widget, so you can easily embed sliders to your pages.

Kind regards, Kreatura Team

So we can’t get updates for this anymore? My back end is saying it’s on version 6.11.8, but the latest version I can download here is apparently 6.9.2.

Hello,

We’re in the process of leaving Envato Market. All buyers receive the same benefits, and the plugin is under active development. The only change is that you can access newer versions by logging in to our account management site on the following URL: https://account.kreaturamedia.com/

For more information, please visit the following page: https://layerslider.com/leaving-envato/

Best regards, Kreatura Team

Hello, you mentioned to the user “earthnutvt” 2 weeks ago that in order to access newer versions by logging in to your account management site on the following URL: https://account.kreaturamedia.com/ However when I entered (several times) my envato email I did not receive any invitation message. I also did not find any way to create an account and register my current Envato license. Please let us know what to do. Thank you

Kindly note that I still cannot login with my Envato’s email. There is no login email sent (not even as a spam). I have sent you a message via the contact page that you suggest and I have received the following automated response: “This is not a support email address. Our team can only provide help via our dedicated support site. If you need assistance using our products, we kindly ask you to navigate to the following site and re-submit your request there: kreatura.ticksy.com” Is it possible to sent me an access email to my envato’s registered mail address (user name: “attunist”) ? Please let me know when you do. Thank you.

Just wanted to share that I have used a gmail in the account page instead of the Envato’s registered one and it worked.

I’m sorry to hear that you had difficulties with receiving the email. I found your support message, which was already answered by one of our support staff. Everything seems to be okay now as per your messages but feel free to let us know if we can help you with anything else. I believe the issue is related to your Envato’s email address, but you can freely use any address.

“So we’ve partnered with WebshopWorks to bring this content pack to you. $10 FOR UNLIMITED USE” Can you provide a link to buy this addon for $10? Clicking on the link in the info redirects you to a completely different place and price.

Thank you for your kind words!

I’d recommend using a separate cookie notice plugin for this purpose. It would be easier without the need to add it to every individual popup you want to use. Although you can modify popups to add such feature to them, there’s no built-in solution for this out of the box.

If I can simply add a checkbox with text to each pop-up, it will be enough.

The problem is that many devs do not know that each form (according to European law, in every European country) requires informed user consent, even if you use a different GDPR plugin. The fact that the user agrees to cookies by clicking on the banner does not matter, according to the law, each form must also have such consent, and it cannot be marked with YES by default.

I believe this only applies to specific situations where you plan to process user data other than essential and/or stated purposes. For example, if you collect your customer’ email addresses at checkout to also send them marketing messages, then yes, you absolutely must add a non-ticked checkbox.

But even then, it’s only needed if the intended use is not heavily implied. If you have a “Subscribe to our newsletter” form, then it’s clear what users are subscribing for, and you don’t need to add a consent checkbox. The consent is already provided by your visitors willingly entering their email address into a box that clearly stated its purpose. However, it would be best to consider adding a “terms of use” or other data processing guideline link for more transparency and legal reasons.

What you’ve described shouldn’t apply to every form element. It depends on whether you collect personally identifiable information, how you’re processing and handling it, and whether it was clearly communicated to visitors. In general, as long as customers can opt-out or never participate in the first place, then you’re good to go without a checkbox.

LayerSlider and its Popups do not offer you form-building capabilities. Those should be achieved via 3rd party plugins, which then can be embedded into LayerSlider. So, in the end, you can have checkboxes if needed, but it’s not a built-in feature in LayerSlider, and it’s not even needed in most cases. Sale notifications and most of our popup templates aren’t dealing with forms. Some do, but you can embed custom forms in those.

Hi, I imported one of the sliders from the template store, however when i add another slide after it, there are static layers that stay from the previous slide. How do i unlock or remove static layers from other slides?

Thanks

Hi,

Select a static layer you want to change, then look for the “Keep this layer visible” option under the Transition tab of that layer.

If you need further assistance, please open a support ticket on the following URL: https://kreatura.ticksy.com/

Hi, Can the “Merry Christmas” in the snowball pop-up template be translated by the user? Thanks!

Hello,

Sure, you can freely edit any template. LayerSlider also supports popular WordPress localization plugins like WPML, so you can easily translate any text in your sliders and popups into multiple languages.

Regards, Kreatura Team

This comment is currently being reviewed.

A pre-sales issue, can your plugin options and editor panels fully translated? Is the static resource used by the option use Google fonts? (Sorry, I can’t use Google font if I have, if the network console contains Google font link, then I can’t use)

Hello,

Yes, you can fully translate LayerSlider and the sliders you build with it. Google Fonts are loaded via Google’s CDN services. If you need to serve fonts locally, you can use a 3rd party plugin.

Best regards, Kreatura Team

Sorry, I may not express it clearly. I said whether the plugin options can not choose Google font? There is no problem with the system font.

You can use Google Fonts, we have built-in support for them. They are loaded via Google’s content delivery network that uses the fonts.googleapis.com domain name. This might not be available in China. If that’s the case, you can find WordPress plugins that allow you to install self-hosted custom fonts to your site. That way you can use any fonts in LayerSlider as well, and it will work for everyone in your region.

Hello,

We have previously purchase a WP theme.

The documentation certifies the purchase of LayerSlider plugin ONE EXTENDED LICENSE Licensor’s Author Username: kreatura Licensee: Mikado Themes

However the item purchase code is not mentioned in the .txt file.

What is the process to activate the license as there is a new version of LayerSlider WP available now.

Thanks.

Hello,

The theme author handles version updates and product support in this case. Theme-bundled versions of premium plugins (such as LayerSlider) don’t come with a license since plugin authors don’t receive any share from theme sales. These versions still provide a premium experience, but we reserve a handful of features and content updates to our dedicated buyers who support product development by purchasing a license directly from us.

Regards, Kreatura Team

Thanks for your prompt reply. It’s clear and understandable but we believe this should have been highlighted by the theme author in the description of their theme – before purchase. Can you send the link where we can purchase LayerSlider license from you? Thanks again.

We also believe it’s everybody’s best interest to communicate these things clearly. It helps to avoid disappointment and frustration.

You can purchase LayerSlider on the following URL: https://layerslider.com/pricing/

Thank you for your support!
