I installed the lite version, played around with it. Then I removed it so that I could install the pro version. But the pro version installation keeps failing. It says no plugin found. What’s wrong?

Is it possible to show regular blog posts instead of posts from the knowledge base..? I want to have the same setup with corresponding post-format icons but have them be from the blog posts…

It’s probably a function from the theme. You use this css to hide it :

.hentry.knowledge_base .avatar{ display:none; }

Unchecking Override Category Template will display list of articles on that page but not in the KB format.

You may wanna use https://wordpress.org/plugins/restrict-content/ to restrict the knowledge base contents. Let me know if you have any other pre-sale questions. Hello phpbits, im experiencing an issue with the plugin. If im not logged in i will get a 404 error, page not found, when clicking on each faq. I can see them only when i m logged in, otherwise i get the 404 error. Can you help? Thanks

Hi, I sent you an email for support. Just purchased it and installed it. I mentioned in the email that the search doesn’t work but have just noticed now that the item links/pages don’t work either. When i click an item from the list it just goes to my home page and doesn’t find the page. Please check that issue. Basically nothing is working on it from what i’m seeing. Please help!

I have the free version, and I am considering buying this premium version, but before I invest any further I need to be able to create custom templates for my Knowledge base. So a custom template for a single post and for a category. I have tried all sorts of combinations in the file name but I can’t get it to work.

So for example I have copied my themes archive.php page, what do I rename it to so that it over-rides the default for my knowledge base categories? Thanks!

Ahhr don’t worry I figured it out. That was very difficult to figure out though, it would be good if you could make your plugin recognise the custom slugs in the settings or have in the documentation about having custom templates for archive and single. But the plugin is great though so I will buy it :)

And yes you can insert images an video since it’s using custom post type. You can also create a separate shortcodes for the categories. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
