Hello, I would really want to purchase your plugin for woocommerce but my major issue is we need patients to send us pictures of the affected skin area before the make payment and there is no option for uploading images/ files in the demo i’ve seen for custom fields. Would you be adding this feature soon because that is why I didn’t purchase years ago when you first started, was hoping it would be available by now.

Thank you for your response, I meant in the custom fields. Does this affect the custom field? There is no section in the custom field that I can image upload to the form. I checked. I don’t want to send to customers which makes it manual, I want when they come to the page, once they start the booking process, they can upload an image of the area of concern before making payment at checkout.

No, Doctor can only see Patients which he added and his past appointment with him.
There is a way to add “Time slot (in minute)”, add option of 75, 90 minutes

where can I find the woo-commerce payment status complete filter? i want to know where is the payment status for a bill is being updated to paid, when the customer pays by woo-commerce. I mean the web-hook which runs to update the kc_bills table => payment status when the order payment is completed.

Appointment status is updated by woo-commerce payment status, not kc_bills table.
so how is a bills payment status updates to paid? Do we have to update the bills payment status manually?
When encounter closed or paid, bills status will get updated.

Mmmmm, well, sometimes a doctor wants to record data, for example, blood pressure or immunization record, that obviously the patient does not need to add when creating a user. They are custom fields to manage the patient’s medical history (for doctors) but not for patients to fill in when they create an account.

Sorry! not possible , you will have to customize plugin to meet this requirement.
The UI and the mode of operation is this app is very superb. However, there are some modules (departments) that are not featured on the menu on the dashboard; modules like Laboratory, Blood bank, Accounting module etc. Could you confirm if that’s work in progress already or it’s not in your plan to add those modules?
Currently, these features are not available in Kivicare Pro. In our roadmap, we don’t have any plans to include them as of right now.
