Hello! This looks interesting! Do you know if I create a form if there is a way for this plugin to track inputed data based on user and members logged in, so if a logged in user checks a few boxes in a form, will that data be saved for next time?

Thanks for your help!

No. The form is generated when the page is opened and its fields are filled with specified in the form settings (in the constructor) values. Data is saved when the form is submitted to the server. However, the user can apply the browser built-in functionality (or a third-party application) for the automatic filling of form fields, since the form created by our applications – is a standard HTML-form!

Thanks! What we are trying to accomplish is members when they are logged in checking off tasks given to them by a teacher or professor, they can check a box when its completed and their progress is saved, does this plugin achieve this?

Yes, all of the data you send will be stored in the database and will be available to view and export in the relevant section.

Hello I purchased the form. Trying to make it work but it doesn’t send the form???

Why? where to set the sending value ??

Please advice

Hello! Please give a detailed description of what happens when you try to submit the form. Perhaps one of the required fields is not filled. Or send a screenshot of the error to support@jwizard.com

Just purchased – how to install this to WP?

In panel admin go to Plugins->Add New,then go to Uploads and choose file in zip archive on your computer. After that click Install Now. After plugin installation activate it.

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

What is this?

Please write what version of WordPress are you using?

The “builder” looks nothing like your demo. Where is the drag and drop?

Ugh.

I’m having the same issues, nothing really happening and it’s not looking like the demo.

I’m using wordpress 3.7.1

Hello! Please send a screenshot of that doesn’t look like demo to support@jwizard.com, so we can help you to manage with it.

Is it possible to create a form that allows users to submit wordpress posts?

If it does, is there a place that the user can access previously submitted posts (so they can only edit the posts they sent in)

Also, if it does let users submit posts does it save it as a draft, so that it can be approved before being live?

Hello! No. The plugin stores all the data collected in the form of its own tables. In the future, you can search/filter and export data.

How do you add to the drop down or element? It seems like you can only add one?

Hello Jwizard; How can we see submitted data from our members? I just see an input field says n/a --not members actually posted data? I also exported as csv file I can’t see anything in input field neither. just n/a …Appreciate if you help. Best;

Hi I’m interested in this plugIn I have a question: Is it possible to receive a CSV file directly by e-mail when a user send his data through the form?
