Nice html5 effects !
Can I save image with that effects?
Not currently, but there are some scripts that add this functionality to html5 canvas. (e.g http://www.nihilogic.dk/labs/canvas2image/
Nice script! How about fading them in (would that be a problem?) and is it dependent on jquery UI or can it be used with jquery alone?
Thanks, it can be faded, no problem, there are example of fading effect included.
It does not need jQuery UI, jQuery UI was used to made the slider but it is not needed.
HI, what is the point of this plugin? I just bought it but it cannot be saved.
Hi the point is (for now) only to display effects.
For example a gallery of black and white picture that becomes in color on hover. I will work on a version for saving the picture.
Meanwhile I suggest you to see http://www.nihilogic.dk/labs/canvas2image/
Hello, in canvasEffects.js all effects are written in binary datas. If I create in photoshop some curves, how to get RGB datas in this format to use it in your script?
Hi sorry for the delay, I was abroad for a long time with no access to my work… I wrote a python script for getting those values, I can send it to you
Hi im having some problems with the plugin… the Demo its not working, do you know why?
Hello. I was hoping to use this plugin to get a similar effect to this css:
filter: grayscale(100%) contrast(120%);
-webkit-filter: grayscale(100%) contrast(120%));
But I can’t see how to do it? Basically the full colour photo should appear in yellow and white because you can see the background colour of the layer behind, but I can’t see any yellow using the blend_screen effect. Please help! I am hoping that this plugin will get around the fact that the above css doesn’t work in IE.
