Is there a function that helps me get the correct ‘data-x’ and ‘data-y’ by clicking at any zoom level??

Have you tested inside IE for Windows 10? I have come across some bugs. The images that have been sliced don’t always render and pull in the preview.jpg when zooming or clicking and dragging…

It seems that when you are zoomed in and the images do not render, it replaces them with preview.jpg, which makes them blurry. This only happens in I.E. 11 version: 11.0.10240.16431 on Windows 10 (NOT EDGE). Other browsers, while zoomed in, render it without issues…

After some digging and testing, there is a setting inside IE that uses the GPU for rendering instead of software rendering. By default, Accelerated Graphics is un-checked. To fix the blurry rendering, enable Accelerated Graphics option.

  • While in I.E., press ALT, click Tools and then click Internet Options.
  • Click the Advanced tab (last tab), and then under Accelerated graphics (first option), select the Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering check box.

This fixed my issue!

How can I disable zooming/unzooming with mouse och touch drag?

Thank you for the help in advance.

I need to insert one hotspot in each pixel. At most I will have 20,000 pixels. However the zoom is very slow. It is possible to only load the selected hotspot.

Hi, unfortunately this is not possible.

Everything works just as expected. Thank you! Great work. How can I make the initial image responsive? I want the entire image to show when the page first loads.

Hi, thanks! Just use this settigns: ‘startScale’, ‘startX’, ‘startY’. For more details look for documentation B.Customization settings.
