No documentation on how to get the credits credited after purchase. We cannot start immediately, We have to write to support first. Very complicated!

Jackmail is so much more then just a newsmail plugin, if you use it right this will be your best buisnesspartner ever. This solution is the very best on the WP market and its worth that little price they ask for it..
If you by any chance have trouble or issues with the plugin the support is always nearby they are very kind, helpful and competent. You never have to ways days or long ours for assistance, they really put alot of time and effort make you as costumer satisfied with thier product.
It take alot to impress me, but this plugin are simply wow!! And the support is the best i have ever experienced…
