2: Can I restrict users so that they can only access bugs reports relevant for their company?
yes, you can make ticket private or public any time and you can also restrict category (Bug Report is a Category) by changing its visibility.

it sends a email to the site admin user, but it can be customised. if you want then i can make it send email to any user.
