Hi, I am interested in this project. I have a few questions.

1: Can I set it so that bugs reported are not publicly available? 2: Can I restrict users so that they can only access bugs reports relevant for their company?


yes, you can make ticket private or public any time and you can also restrict category (Bug Report is a Category) by changing its visibility.

Can’t login to the demo.

pre sale question. when ticket made by customer, can it send email notification to departement ot user that handle this ticket?

it sends a email to the site admin user, but it can be customised. if you want then i can make it send email to any user.

This demo up, demo down malarky is a bad advertisment for your services. I will look again, but I already started customising ticketit from github.

edit: It was live before, the problem is that the demo user/pass do not work: Login credentials do not match our records It’s still the same.

sorry for the trouble, we are working on it. Hope it will live asap.
